GoPole Reach Review

The GoPole Reach is an awesome monopod for GoPro cameras. It has the standard GoPro connector on the end, so it’ll fit most any GoPro. It’s telescoping and that makes traveling with the GoPole Reach easy! It’s also very light and the bicycle handlebar-like grip feels really nice wet or dry! It also has a lanyard on the end for added safety. Monopod can be utilized to shoot much steadier video with a GoPro. They can also create unique camera angles, such as a helicopter-like fly-over effect! The GoPole Reach is one of my favorite GoPro camera mounts! It’s also rust-resistant, so filming in saltwater should not cause it to rust like other monopods. Out of good practive, I still wash the GoPole Reach after filming in saltwater.

GoPole Reach Review 89.8

This works great but there is a mild looseness where the joins come together. Other than that, this is one of the best GoPro monopods out there. Like you said it won't rust up like the other GoPro monopods if you swim with it in the saltwater.

  • Should not rust
  • GoPro mount on it. No need for GoPro tripod mount
  • Collapsible for travel
  • Little rattle at joints
